Tandberg Educational, Inc. provides installation, support and training for all of our educational solutions. We professionally install hardware, software and selected accessories. With each new system or component, we provide teacher training on how to use the system as well as IT staff training and support.

Our training service includes a product presentation and hands-on training covering all product functionalities. Customers have the option of splitting this into 2 sessions, so that they receive an appropriate level of individualized end user training. This approach ensures that they build the skills to efficiently utilize their teaching technology. Depending on the educator's comfort level, on the second training session they may elect to learn advanced features or choose a refresher course to brush up on skills in core uses of the technology.
